Job DetailsJob Location: Chicago, IL 60612Position Type: Full TimeEducation Level: 4 Year DegreeSalary Range: $70,000.00 - $90,000.00 SalaryTravel Percentage: NoneJob Shift: DayJob Category: Professional ServicesMayvin is seeking a Training Coordinator who will provide administrative support for the Great Lakes Regional Fugitive Task Force, which combines the efforts of federal, state, and local law enforcement agencies to locate and apprehend the most dangerous fugitives and assist in high-profile investigations.   Must be a U.S. Citizen. Must be able to undergo and pass a background investigation.   Responsibilities: Oversees training facilities, equipment, maintenance, scheduling, and delivery of training for task force and partner law enforcement personnel Compose and review briefings, reports, and other types of correspondence for accuracy, continuity, and content Manages training records and documentation while coordinating with local, state, and federal law enforcement agencies Provides tours, demonstrations, and training using the VirTra System Simulator, maintains operational proficiency with the system, and develops tailored training based on specific operational needs Ensures compliance with established safety protocols and procedures, conducts safety briefings, and addresses emergency procedures and other safety-related matters Required Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree Minimum 1 year of experience with the above responsibilities Superior time management, organization, and prioritization skills Knowledge of professional communication and coordination practices when working with agency personnel, law enforcement partners, instructors, supervisors, and government officials Exhibit a high level of confidentiality   Preferred Qualifications: Previous experience supporting Law Enforcement   About Mayvin Mayvin is more than a workplace—it’s a community built on innovation, ingenuity, and impact.  Enjoy outstanding benefits and amenities, a truly supportive work environment, and continuous opportunities for professional growth.
