We are seeking an energetic and experienced Tutor to join our team! As a Tutor, you will assist elementary students with IEPs individually and in small groups, helping them understand educational concepts, complete assignments, and prepare for tests. Your goal is to help students to reach their full potential. The ideal candidate is reliable, understanding, and has a passion for education!
Responsibilities:
- Help students understand new concepts
- Assist students in preparing for tests and completing assignments
- Teach problem-solving skills
- Prepare lessons
- Communicate with parents and teachers
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a Tutor is preferred
- Bachelor's degree in education or related field required
- Patient, understanding, and reliable
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to pass a background check
