We are hiring Warehouse Supervisors to oversee inbound, outbound, and inventory control operations. Candidates will be assigned to an area based on their experience and operational needs.
Responsibilities
- Supervise warehouse staff and coordinate daily inbound, outbound, or inventory control activities.
- Oversee receiving, put-away, picking, packing, shipping, returns, cycle counting, and inventory adjustments as assigned.
- Plan daily staffing, assign tasks, and monitor team productivity, accuracy, and safety performance.
- Monitor operational KPIs, including receiving accuracy, order fulfillment, on-time shipping, and inventory accuracy.
- Investigate and resolve receiving discrepancies, shipping errors, damaged goods, and inventory variances.
- Ensure all warehouse activities are completed accurately, safely, and efficiently.
- Maintain accurate records and reports using WMS, ERP, scanning systems, Microsoft Excel, and other data-entry tools.
- Train, coach, and support warehouse employees to improve productivity, accuracy, and safety compliance.
- Maintain warehouse organization, cleanliness, and proper product storage.
- Work with supply chain, logistics, purchasing, inventory, and management teams to resolve operational issues.
- Assist with SOP development, workflow improvements, and operational standards.
- Perform other duties as assigned and maintain regular and reliable attendance.
Qualifications
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Visa sponsorship may be considered for qualified candidates, subject to role eligibility and business needs.
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
- 2+ years of warehouse experience in inbound receiving, outbound fulfillment, inventory control, logistics, 3PL, or e-commerce fulfillment.
- 1+ year of supervisory, team lead, or frontline management experience is preferred.
- Strong experience in at least one area: inbound, outbound, or inventory control.
- Experience with WMS, ERP, PDA/RF scanning systems, or warehouse data systems is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail, accuracy, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
- Dependable and able to stand, walk, lift, bend, and perform warehouse-related physical tasks as needed.
