The Sales Enablement Assistant’s duties include maintaining department files, inventory, and equipment, updating collateral templates, handling promotional items, printing and binding collateral, and assisting with the holiday gift program. He/she will work in close coordination with the Sales Enablement Manager and the department head, relying on their direction for daily priorities. Regular interaction or input from supervisor(s) will be required.
What You'll Do
- Update InDesign and PowerPoint templates for both regularly scheduled publications and front-line employee requests with latest content provided by Sales Enablement team and front-line staff.
- Assist in the design of layout and production of all new content, collaborating with Sales Enablement team members.
- Assist in executing all aspects of a holiday gift program for Wintrust Wealth Management clients.
- Assist in new front-line employee onboarding and website maintenance.
- Fulfill all document printing and binding requests.
- Manage promotional item orders, inventory, and invoice processing.
- Maintain department intranet sites, shared drive folders, and lists of record.
- Improve consistency in quality of output and input by taking ownership of all work created and/or shared. Continue improving ability to assume greater responsibilities. Expand marketing abilities and skills with Adobe Photoshop, InDesign and graphic design.
Qualifications:
- 0-3 years of related experience
- High School degree or equivalent
- Basic understanding of Adobe Creative Suite InDesign program and MS Office PowerPoint and Word.
- Familiar with both Microsoft Windows and Apple operating systems.

Compensation
The estimated hourly rate for this role is $20.19 - $26.44, along with eligibility to earn an annual bonus. Actual salaries may vary based on several factors, such as a candidate’s qualifications, skills and experience.
