We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Operation Manager to oversee the daily operations of our pediatric healthcare facility. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in healthcare management and a passion for providing exceptional patient care.

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee and manage all aspects of the facility's operations, including staffing, budgeting, and resource allocation

- Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure efficient and effective operations

- Monitor and analyze performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions

- Collaborate with other department heads to ensure seamless coordination and communication across all departments

- Ensure compliance with all regulatory and legal requirements

- Manage and train a team of administrative and support staff to maintain a high level of customer service and patient satisfaction

- Develop and maintain relationships with external partners and vendors

- Act as a liaison between upper management and front-line staff to ensure alignment of goals and objectives

Qualifications:
