Security Manager Job Summary:
We’re seeking motivated individuals -- people that are interested in developing a long-term career in the security field. This is for a Manager role at a high-profile location, where professionalism, situational awareness, and presentation are essential.

Security Manager Job Responsibilities:

Provide a welcoming environment and provide needed services for guests
Ensure security officers are on post, in proper uniform and following post orders.
Ensure proper enforcement of policies and protocols of United Security Services and those of our clients.
Intervenes, when necessary, in resolving personnel problems and guides counseling of security
Ensures the efficient, effective, and compliant operations of designated site.
Perform a variety of security checks and follow post orders as directed by the establishment
Scheduling
Payroll and recruitment duties
Other responsibilities may apply

Security Manager Requirements:

PERC Card required
Willingness to submit to a background check
Some Managerial experience required (preferably in hospitality or security. Previous law enforcement or military experience is suitable as well)
Ability to stand up and walk for 8 hours
Ability to lead and train Security Guards
Some flexible availability- shift hours may vary due to occupancy and needs
