OCC is seeking an individual responsible for discovering, synthesizing, and analyzing information from various internal and external sources, including tools, processes, documentation, and stakeholders. The ideal candidate is a proven change agent able to solve complex problems with logical, digestible solutions delivering key value to stakeholders. The role requires effective communication at all organizational levels. Foundational skills include communication, analytical, problem solving, process modelling, facilitation, elicitation, scope management, leadership, agile, and a consultant mindset. Primary duties include partnering with business and technology teams, identifying scope gaps and missing requirements, analyzing and defining stakeholder business needs, performing requirements analysis, story decomposition, system integration analysis, data flow design, engaging in agile activities, advising product owners, building user stories and acceptance criteria, supporting UI/UX design, developing test plans and cases, building cross-team collaboration, and maintaining policies and documentation. Qualifications include 5+ years in business system analysis or related experience, experience in Agile and software development, preferred experience in clearinghouse activities or Fintech, flexibility with remote teams, self-motivation, experience with Confluence, Jira, process modeling tools, data mapping, and data analysis. Technical skills required include knowledge of event-driven applications, streaming and batch analytics, relational data models, SQL, REST API development, report building with data transformation and BI tools, and knowledge of python and R for complex data analytics. Preferred skills include familiarity with service-oriented architecture, REST APIs, Kafka, and cloud technologies such as AWS. Education requires a Bachelor's degree with 5+ years experience; MBA/MS and certifications like CCBA, CBAP, AAC are preferred.
