The Technology Solutions (“TS”) Department is responsible for designing and delivering state of the art technology solutions that are designed to create efficiency, mitigate risk and grow revenue for the Firm. Technology Solutions is also responsible for defining, managing and executing a robust Cyber Security program following the NIST Cyber Security Framework. Technology Solutions focuses on technical excellence through innovative application designs, robust data integration and analytics, high availability infrastructure and gold level service for our key stakeholders with information security embedded throughout. Critical functions within Technology Solutions include Project Management, Vendor Management, Business Analysis, Enterprise Data Governance and Stewardship, Application Development and 3rd Party Integration, Strategic and Secure Infrastructure and Operations. The Technology Solutions Department collaborates closely with Firm leadership and business unit heads to develop plans in line with business objectives.
Position Responsibilities
TS is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Business Analyst within the Modern Workplace Team to play a critical role in delivering enterprise process orchestration solutions that drive transparency, ensure process consistency and enable scalable growth across the organization. The ideal candidate will have demonstrated success in detailed process analysis, modeling and applying technical problem solving to address complex business challenges. In addition, they must be fluent in how AI can be applied to process-based decision-making to identify opportunities for intelligent decision making in intelligent process automation.
Responsibilities include:
- Process Design & Orchestration
- Partnering with business teams to capture requirements and model new processes in Camunda using BPMN standards
- Configuring and deploying process workflows in Camunda, ensuring alignment with business objectives
- Maintaining and enhancing existing processes
- Data-Driven Insights & AI Integration
- Leveraging Camunda analytics and processing metrics to uncover inefficiencies and recommending improvements
- Identifying and implementing appropriate opportunities to integrate AI-driven decision-making into process workflows
- Stakeholder Engagement & Communication
- Serve as a trusted advisor to business partners
- Building strong relationships across departments to ensure adoption and alignment
- Developing and delivering training and documentation for new and updated processes
- Project Coordination & Delivery
- Managing process orchestration initiatives from design through deployment
- Conveying requirements, facilitating knowledge transfer and supporting the development team throughout the build process
- Leading user acceptance testing, coordinating solution launch activities and partnering with Change Management to drive training and adoption
- Monitoring project progress, resolving issues and ensuring that solutions meet agreed-upon business outcomes
- Utilizing Azure DevOps for tracking, prioritization and transparency
- Continuous Improvement
- Proactively identifying areas for process reengineering and automation to drive scalability and efficiency
- Contributing to strategic planning for process orchestration and modernization initiatives
Candidate Requirements
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, business or related field
- 7+ years of experience in a business or process analysis role with a focus on technology enablement, ideally within Financial Services
- Expertise in process modelling, ideally with BPMN and process orchestration (e.g., Camunda and Appian)
- Familiarity with AI-driven automation is a strong plus
- Proven experience delivering end-to-end projects at enterprise-scale across multiple stakeholder groups
- Excellent interpersonal skills, with a view toward building and maintaining positive relationships between colleagues across technology and business teams
- An expert understanding of the software development lifecycle, while working with hybrid teams including staff and third-party vendors
- Proactive self-starter with a positive can-do and “no job is too small” attitude
- Results oriented with a high level of personal accountability

- Project / Program Management: Manages Technology Solutions project elements considering conflicting priorities, interdependencies, business objectives, communications and available resources.

Compensation and Benefits
For Illinois Only: It is expected that the base salary range for this position will be $105,000 to $180,000. Actual salaries may vary based on factors such as skills, experiences and qualifications for the role. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements and discretionary awards in addition to a full range of medical, financial and / or other benefits (including 401(k) eligibility and various paid time off benefits such as vacation, sick time and parental leave) dependent on the position offered. Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment.
