Job Description

The Business Analyst acts as a key liaison between business stakeholders and technology teams, providing deep analytical expertise to uncover business needs, assess opportunities, and enable data-driven decision-making. As a trusted advisor and strategic partner, the Business Analyst guides requirements gathering, solution evaluation, and project delivery—ensuring business objectives are clearly translated into actionable plans. This role drives operational excellence by identifying process improvements, facilitating effective communication, and supporting the deployment of business solutions. They are a central resource for both day-to-day problem-solving and long-term business transformation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Providing Functional/Technical Expertise (30%): Advises teams on process design, requirements, and best practices. Offers subject matter guidance during 

• process changes or system upgrades.

• Process Execution Support (25%): Assists operational teams in executing processes accurately and efficiently. Troubleshoots issues and provides hands-on support for complex cases.

• Operational Excellence Initiatives (20%): Monitors compliance with process standards and recommends corrective actions.

• System Proficiency and Optimization (15%):  Ensures optimal use of relevant systems and tools.

• Training and Knowledge Sharing (10%): Delivers training materials for process users. Shares expertise through workshops, documentation, or mentoring.

Additional Qualified Skills:

• Extensive knowledge in G Suites
• AI knowledge and Architecture

Target Base Salary Range: $95,000  - $135,000 

Consistent with Motorola Solutions values and applicable law, we provide the following information to promote pay transparency and equity. Pay within this range varies and depends on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The actual offer will be based on the individual candidate.

Basic Requirements

• 5 Years Experience Project Management
• Bachelor's or 9+ years of Project Management experience
