Greenberg Traurig (GT), a global law firm, currently has an exciting full-time employment opportunity for a 3rd - 4th year Associate in the Litigation group of our Chicago office.

Candidates must have excellent academic credentials and strong research, writing, and oral advocacy skills. The ideal candidate will have experience in a mid to large law firm, along with experience drafting pleadings and briefs, conducting research, managing traditional and electronic discovery, assisting with and/or taking and defending depositions, and appearing before state and federal courts.

The candidate must be admitted to the Illinois bar or eligible for admission to the Illinois Bar.

The expected pay range for this position is:

$250,000- $275,000 per year

Actual pay will be adjusted based on experience, location, and other job-related factors permitted by law.  Full time employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus, health insurance with an optional HSA, short term disability, long term disability, dental insurance, vision care, life insurance, Healthcare and Dependent Care Flexible Spending Accounts, 401K, vacation, sick time, and an employee assistance program.  Additional voluntary programs include:  voluntary accident insurance, voluntary life, voluntary disability, voluntary long term care, voluntary critical illness and cancer insurance and pet insurance.  Commuter and Transit programs may also be available in certain markets.
