Responsibilities:

Patrol assigned areas to deter and detect signs of intrusion.
Monitor surveillance equipment and inspect premises for security breaches.
Respond promptly to alarms and emergencies, ensuring a swift resolution.
Prepare detailed incident reports and maintain accurate logs.
Provide exceptional customer service while enforcing safety protocols.
Collaborate with law enforcement and emergency services as needed.
Conduct security assessments and recommend improvements to procedures.
Assist in training new security personnel in best practices and protocols.

Requirements:

Valid state-issued firearm license-foid card and security guard certification.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in armed security!!!!!!.
Strong observational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to remain calm and composed in high-pressure situations.
Physical fitness to perform security duties and respond effectively.
Availability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends.
Proficient in using security technology and equipment.
