We’re looking for a passionate and experienced General Manager to lead our Popeyes restaurant to success. As General Manager, you will oversee all aspects of restaurant operations, drive team performance, and ensure an exceptional guest experience.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead all daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring high standards in food quality, guest service, and cleanliness
  • Recruit, hire, train, and develop top talent for all team positions
  • Motivate and coach team members and managers to achieve goals and deliver an exceptional guest experience
  • Oversee inventory management, food and labor costs, and financial performance
  • Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and sanitation standards
  • Drive sales growth and profitability through operational excellence and local marketing
  • Manage scheduling, payroll, and administrative tasks efficiently
  • Build a positive team culture that reflects Popeyes values

What We’re Looking For

  • High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree a plus)

  • 3-5 years of restaurant management experience, ideally as a General Manager or Assistant General Manager

  • Strong leadership and team-building skills

  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities

  • Financial and business acumen, including understanding of P&L statements

  • Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays

 

 

 

This position operates in a restaurant environment. Popeyes staff are frequently exposed to hot equipment, cleaning chemicals, and moderate noise levels. The role requires regular standing, bending, lifting, and reaching.
