Now Hiring: Mandarin-Speaking Leasing Agent
Prospect Equities® is seeking a motivated and client-focused Leasing Agent to join our Chicago team. We provide ready leads, allowing you to focus on assisting clients, conducting apartment tours, and closing leases.
Position Details
-  Part-time: approximately 10–20 hours per week
-  Estimated earning potential: $2,000–$6,000 per month, depending on performance and completed leasesÂ

Responsibilities
- Â Conduct apartment tours with prospective rentersÂ
- Â Follow up with company-provided leadsÂ
-  Understand clients’ housing needs and recommend suitable propertiesÂ
- Â Respond to leasing inquiries professionally and promptlyÂ
- Â Assist clients with rental applications, documentation, and lease signingÂ
- Â Maintain accurate records of client communications and follow-upsÂ
Qualifications
- Fluency in Mandarin Chinese is required
- Â Strong English communication skillsÂ
- Â Professional, dependable, and self-motivatedÂ
- Â Comfortable communicating with clients by phone, text, email, and in personÂ
- Â Familiarity with the Chicago rental market is preferredÂ
- Â Previous leasing, sales, or real estate experience is preferred but not requiredÂ
