Compensation:Â $16.60 per hour working up to 30 hours per week

Summary
The Office Assistants for Summer Transition are responsible for assisting with the summer turn process for the building in preparation for summer conferences.Â
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:Â
- Assess the condition of vacant student rooms by identifying any damage, cleaning, and maintenance needs for appropriate follow-up.Â
- Utilize the leasing/contract system to close out room inspection reports accurately and efficiently
- Complete detailed room inspection reports using Microsoft Forms, including supporting documentation such as photos and notes as needed
- Assist with other duties as assigned to support operational needs.
Qualifications
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.
- High school diploma.
- Current college student (preferred) not required.
- Ability to work up to 30 hours each week during 2-week employment period.
- Possess strong customer service skills
- Must have troubleshooting and diagnostic skills. Â
- Possess strong interpersonal, communication (oral and written) skills, and computer competency.Â
- Ability to move and or lift up to 25 pounds
- Ability to navigate up and down stairs.Â
Employment period of this position is for 2-weeks (May 31, 2026 – June 12, 2026). Position will work up to 30-hours each week. There is potential for work beyond the initial two-week employment period. Available hours could be limited if an extension is needed.
