- Work one-on-one with children using evidence-based ABA techniques to promote independence, social skills, and personal growth through fun and interactive activities tailored to each child's unique needs. Â
- Teaching skills to enhance communication and functioningÂ
- Implementing and facilitating behavior plans, monitoring outcomes, and adjusting strategies as neededÂ
- Restructuring environments to support positive outcomes and reduce problematic behaviorsÂ
- Collecting data and maintaining accurate recordsÂ
- Communicating with behavior analysts, families, and peers to coordinate activities and advocate for individual needsÂ
- Completing daily progress notes and maintaining accurate recordsÂ

RBT Pay Ranges Based on Experience & Education:
Pay: $20.00 - $28.00 per hourÂ
Requirements
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED equivalentÂ
- Pass a National Criminal Background checkÂ
- RBT Certification required Â
- Completion of RBT certification process within 30 days of employmentÂ
- Reliable transportationÂ
- Ability to physically engage with children in a fast-paced environment, lifting up to 30lbs and maintaining a safe and tidy workspace.Â
- Spanish-speaking skills are a plus but not required.Â
- Must be willing to travel and work in-home settings.Â
- Childcare (nanny, babysitter, preschool teacher, tutor, etc.)Â (Preferred)Â
- Mental health advocates and professionals (QMHP, behavioral health technicians)Â (Preferred)
- Camp counselors, volunteers, youth faith group leaders or youth coaching (Preferred)
- Degrees in special education, teaching, psychology, sociology, or related fields (Preferred)
- Experience as direct support, paraprofessionals, or life skills assistants (Preferred)
