Job Summary We are looking for a detail-oriented, organized Loan Processor. This position is responsible for the accurate and timely preparation of loan documents and plays a critical role in delivering excellent customer service while maintaining attention to detail and meeting strict deadlines.      Essential Functions Request and track orders of appraisals, title work, flood, and other reports on real estate loans Review loan documentation requests for accuracy and completion Prepare loan documents based on officer’s request and verify they are in accordance to loan policy Balance and prepare settlement statements with title companies for real estate transactions Communicate loan document information with lenders, loan assistants, and credit administration Assist in reviewing supporting documents such as title work to ensure that exceptions are cleared prior to loan closing Ensure each loan has the required loan documents and supporting documents based on loan type to reduce the possibility of loss Prepare loan documentation including new loan documents, denials, extensions, and deferrals, ensuring all documents are completed on schedule  Schedule loan closings and ensure they are within reasonable expectations that deadlines can be achieved without unnecessary delays Order post-closing documents in a manner that ensures asset quality is protected   QualificationsPosition Requirements High School Graduate or General Education Degree (GED) required 2 years banking experience preferred Intermediate computer skills including MS Word and Excel proficiency Other Requirements Must reside in Oklahoma and pass a background and credit check This is an in-office position, and it is critical to remain available to team members during business hours May have intermittent local travel to other locations for meetings, training opportunities and bank events
