Enloe Health Rehabilitation Center is a 40-bed acute rehabilitation unit dedicated to helping patients who are recovering from various injuries or illnesses. In partnership with Lifepoint Rehabilitation, this facility provides 24 hours of nursing care and intensive inpatient therapy to provide an outstanding experience and quality outcomes for all of the patients we serve. 

 

How you'll contribute 

An Administrative Assistant who excels in this role:

  • Communicate and demonstrate a professional image/attitude for patients, families, clients, coworkers and others.

  • Adhere to policies and practices of client hospital and Kindred Healthcare.

  • Contribute to client relations and marketing activities.

  • Manage patient referral process.

  • Provide general clerical support for the program.

  • Performs record keeping and data entry for the outcome system.

 What we're looking for 

Education:​​ The incumbent shall, at a minimum, possess a high school diploma or GED equivalent.

Experience: Secretarial experience.

Skills and Abilities: The ability to communicate effectively and efficiently, strong interpersonal and organizational skills are necessary. Computer and current technology competence.

 

Pay wage: $28-$33.00 per hour
