Position Summary
As a Day Program Administrator, you will lead the daily operations of a program supporting individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. You’ll play a key role in building a safe, engaging, and person-centered environment while leading a dedicated team.

What You’ll Do
- Supervise and support a team of Direct Support Professionals (DSPs), providing coaching, training, and guidance
- Manage daily program operations, including scheduling, staff coverage, and community-based activities
- Ensure the implementation of individualized care plans, behavior plans, and participant goals
- Support individuals in developing life skills, communication, and social engagement
- Maintain compliance with regulatory standards and company policies
- Assist with program administration, including documentation, reporting, and tracking of program needs
- Partner with leadership and clinical teams to ensure high-quality care and positive outcomes

What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- At least 3 years of experience working with individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities
- At least 1 year of supervisory or leadership experience
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Passion for supporting individuals to live meaningful and independent lives
- Valid Driver’s License required
