What You'll Be Doing

• Lead daily production operations to ensure safety, efficiency, and quality standards are met
• Monitor and optimize plant performance, identifying and resolving operational issues
• Coordinate with maintenance and quality teams to ensure equipment reliability and product consistency
• Train and mentor production staff to build a high-performing team
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and ensure compliance with company policies and regulations

• Demonstrated leadership in a production or industrial environment
• Strong understanding of aggregate production processes and equipment
• Ability to troubleshoot operational challenges and implement effective solutions
• Commitment to safety, quality, and team development
• Effective communication and organizational skills

Conditions of Employment

• Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug screen, and background check

Work Environment

• Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
