What You'll Be Doing

  • Perform routine lubrication, fueling, and preventative maintenance on quarry mobile and stationary equipment.

  • Inspect equipment and identify potential maintenance concerns to support safe and reliable operations.

  • Maintain accurate service records and communicate equipment conditions to maintenance and operations teams.

  • Assist with basic repairs, fluid changes, filter replacements, and equipment cleaning activities.

  • Follow all safety procedures and housekeeping standards to help maintain a safe work environment.

What Are We Looking For

  • Demonstrated ability to safely perform lubrication, preventative maintenance, and equipment servicing activities.

  • Working knowledge of heavy equipment, diesel-powered machinery, and mechanical systems.

  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify and communicate equipment issues.

  • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and collaborate effectively with team members.

  • Commitment to safety, reliability, and continuous improvement in a production environment.

Conditions of Employment

  • Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug screen, and background check.

  • Must be authorized to work in the United States and comply with all company and regulatory requirements.

Work Environment

  • Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.

Physical Demands

  • Regularly required to stand, walk, bend, climb, kneel, crouch, and work on uneven terrain for extended periods.

  • Frequently lift, carry, push, and pull materials, tools, and equipment components.

  • Ability to safely access and work around heavy mobile equipment, conveyors, and stationary plant equipment.

  • Must be capable of using hand tools and performing repetitive manual tasks with appropriate dexterity.

  • Required to wear personal protective equipment (PPE) and work safely in outdoor conditions throughout the year.
