Independent thinking and problem-solving You navigate day-to-day decisions confidently and manage your workflow with minimal oversight. Timely documentation & strong queue management Documentation is completed within standards, and your queue stays current and well-managed. Excellent communication skills You communicate clearly, professionally, and proactively with patients, families, and your team.
