Yankee Home is hiring an experienced Licensed Journeyman Plumber to join our growing team in Chicopee, Massachusetts!

What You'll Do:
- Install, repair, and maintain residential plumbing systems
- Diagnose plumbing issues and provide effective, code-compliant solutions
- Work on water heaters, fixtures, piping, drains, and more
- Present and sell recommended solutions/upgrades to homeowners
- Deliver top-notch service and communicate clearly with customers
- Maintain a clean, safe, and professional job site
What We're Looking For:
- Active Massachusetts or Connecticut Journeyman Plumber license (required)
- Proven experience in residential plumbing
- Comfortable with consultative, sales-based service (commission opportunity!)
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented attitude
