Job DetailsJob Location: Rachaels Food Corp - Chicopee, MA 01013Position Type: Full TimeSalary Range: $15.00 - $15.00 HourlyProduction Worker Job Description Job details of a Production Worker vary a bit depending on the line they are working on, but for the most part consist of the following: Standing for long periods of time Most movement is with the hands: Placing bread, cheese, lettuce, etc. Scooping tuna, chicken salad, etc. Spreading mayo, tuna, chicken salad, etc. Weighing meat Making fresh salads Lettuce, chicken, veggies, dressing, croutons Stacking sandwiches Slicing sandwiches, wraps, etc. Packaging product Labeling product Some product is put through MAP machine, one operator Product is then stacked on trays but item type and store label Attention to detail and quality assurance is vital Once line is complete, entire line must be cleaned and sanitized to include: Washing and scrubbing of conveyor belts, tables, utensils Cleaning/Squeegee of floor around work area Qualifications
