Hourly Pay

$19 – $22/hour (varies by experience and location)

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Help clients with personal care, including hygiene, dressing, and meals

• Offer companionship and emotional support

• Assist with light housekeeping to keep homes clean and safe

• Run errands such as grocery shopping

• Prepare meals, involving clients when possible

• Provide medication reminders

• Perform routine cleaning (vacuuming, sweeping, mopping, bathroom cleaning, etc.)

• Monitor and report any changes in client condition

• Respond quickly and responsibly in emergencies

Qualifications

• Your own vehicle and a valid driver's license

• Certification (if you have it-HHA or CNA preferred, but not required)

• Strong English communication skills (reading, writing, and speaking)

• A compassionate, respectful, and dependable attitude

• Good time management and organizational skills

• A commitment to following health and safety guidelines

No Certification? No Problem! We offer free HHA training and certification to help you launch and advance your caregiving career.
