About the Role:

In this role, you will primarily support warehouse operations, and will have the opportunity to support our bath installation team as needed.  You'll play a key role in keeping materials organized, job-ready, and moving efficiently - while also gaining exposure to field operations.  From time to time, you may be called upon to assist as a Bath Apprentice, providing backup support to installation teams.  This is a great opportunity to learn hands-on skills and expand your experience in the home improvement industry.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Strong work ethic and reliability
• Ability to lift and move materials (50+ lbs)
• Willingness to occasionally work in the field as needed
• Basic mechanical or construction aptitude
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Comfort using basic technology and mobile apps

Responsibilities:

Warehouse Operations (Primary Focus)

• Receive, inspect, and organize incoming materials and products
• Maintain accurate inventory and ensure materials are job-ready
• Prepare and stage materials for upcoming installations
• Keep warehouse clean, safe, and organized
• Load and unload trucks and verify deliveries

Bath Apprentice Support (As Needed)

• Assist installation teams when additional support is required
• Help prepare job sites and ensure materials are ready
• Learn basic installation techniques and tool usage
• Maintain cleanliness and professionalism in customers' homes
• Support timely and high-quality project completion
