Salary: $45.00 - $55.00 per hour

 We are seeking Licensed Plumbers to join our teams in Chicopee, MA; Upstate New York; and Connecticut! 

General Responsibilities:

• Report to the Chicopee or Albany office to pick up material when necessary
• Occasionally pick up supplies at supply houses 
• Utilize Yankee Home Vehicle to travel to the customer’s home
• Provide installation of residential plumbing
• Perform installation and repair of plumbing fixtures and piping

Timeliness and Preparation:

• Arrive fully prepared with the necessary tools and equipment to complete the job quickly, aiming for same-day service or next-day service for certain projects.

• Beyond the technical work, there is a strong emphasis on professionalism and integrity in representing the Yankee Home brand.

Customer Service: 

• Maintain excellent communication, be polite and friendly, and address customer questions and concerns professionally.

Integrity and Transparency: 

• Provide no-surprise, upfront pricing in writing and build trust by living up to the core values of Integrity, Responsibility, Excellence, and Listening.

Cleanliness and Respect: 

• Show respect for the customer's home by using shoe covers and drop cloths, maintaining a clean and organized job site, and cleaning up all debris at the end of the job.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Possess a current and valid Journeyman Plumber license (e.g., in MA or CT, depending on the location)
• Experience in residential plumbing and fixture installation/repair.
• Valid driver’s license 
• As per Company Policy, must have a clear driving record for 3+ years
• Reliable Transportation 
• Ability to commute to customer locations
• Able to work 40 hr./week, with occasional overtime
