Love Power Equipment and Rentals is a fourth-generation, family-owned and operated multi-brand Agriculture & Construction equipment dealership. We are currently seeking experienced Diesel Technicians to join our growing service team.

Responsibilities

• Perform repairs and maintenance as specified on repair orders efficiently and in accordance with dealership standards

• Diagnose, maintain, and repair agricultural and construction equipment

• Test components and systems using diagnostic tools and specialized service equipment

• Communicate directly with service advisors regarding repair status and any additional service needs

• Provide accurate estimates for additional repairs and labor time

• Execute warranty repairs according to manufacturer specifications

• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment

Qualifications

• 5+ years of service technician experience preferred

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Diesel mechanic experience required

• Service technician experience required

• New Holland experience preferred

• Strong mechanical and troubleshooting skills

• Ability to operate electronic diagnostic equipment

• Excellent hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity

• Strong customer service skills

• Basic computer skills

• Ability to work weekends as needed

• Positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow

• Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment

• Willingness to learn new technology, repair methods, and service procedures

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record

• Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check
