Kenworth Truck Company is the manufacturer of The World’s Best® heavy and medium duty trucks. Job Functions / Responsibilities

NATURE OF DUTIES
•    Performs full range of complex, clerical or specialized administrative tasks, requiring knowledge of organization and policies.
•    Analyzes, schedules, collects, maintains or processes information such as truck releases, vehicle documentation, quality records, while acting as resource to department manager.
•    Participates in documentation processes, obtaining, compiling, maintaining and issuing necessary records, reports, and data or lists, ensuring accuracy of content and correct distribution.
•    Coordinates with and provides information to other departments, divisions, suppliers, customers or applicants as necessary.
•    Directs or assists in training of less experienced personnel. 
•    Plans, researches, organizes, analyzes and completes special projects within specific department and facility as a whole.    
•    Performs other related duties as assigned
•    Attendance is an essential function of all positions

Qualifications

•    Interact effectively and in a professional manner with all contacts including external and internal customers.
•    Excellent interpersonal skills 
•    Ability to handle multiple priorities, initiate, and complete work independently.
•    Understanding of EWI and truck related defects is a plus.
•    Strong use of PowerPoint, Excel, Word.
o    This position will require computer testing
•    SharePoint experience is a plus.
•    Strong written and verbal communication skills
•    Efficiency in EWI preferred 
•    Ability to work with multiple databases
•    High school diploma or GED 
•    Three to four years of related work experience, preferably possessing two-three years with PACCAR
