What You’ll Do
The Clinic Manager II assumes primary responsibility for overseeing clinical and administrative functionsÂ
of capital and operating budgets, patient registration, billing, clinical information systems, managementÂ
of clinical and administrative staff and clinic marketing and planning. This position is responsible forÂ
managing performance for Caregiver Engagement, Service Excellence, Quality & Safety and Stewardship.Â
Responsible for multiple small practices or a large complex practice with a score between 7 and 12 onÂ
the Manger Trigger Tool (see below). This position ensures compliance with all regulatory andÂ
accreditation standards, financial performance and clinic policies. Decisions are made independently orÂ
in collaboration with others. This position has patient contact, has access to confidential informationÂ
and functions under the direct supervision of a Director.
Minimum Qualifications
Required Educational Degree: Bachelor's Degree
Major/Area of Concentration: AnyÂ
Preferred Education: Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
Required Certifications, Credentials and Licenses: De-escalation training within 6 months.
Preferred Certifications, Credentials and Licenses:
Required Experience: 2 - 4 years of practice management experience with progressive responsibility
