A facility east of Klamath Falls is seeking a Director of Pharmacy to join their team!

Salary: $121,600-$205,000/yr

Director of Pharmacy Opportunity:

  • Full-time, permanent opportunity
  • Schedule: Day Shift; Monday-Friday
  • Leads overall pharmacy operations while collaborating with hospital leadership, clinical staff, and external partners to ensure safe, compliant, and effective medication services.
  • Provides clinical pharmacy care, including direct patient management, therapy optimization, and oversight of the medication-use process across diverse patient populations.
  • Drives quality improvement, regulatory compliance, and staff education to enhance medication safety and integrate pharmacy services across the organization.

Director of Pharmacy Qualifications:

  • Graduate from an ACPE-accredited pharmacy program
  • License to practice as a pharmacist in the state of Oregon
  • 2 or more years of pharmacy experience
  • Previous leadership or supervision experience preferred
  • Experience in a hospital setting preferred
