Worthington Enterprises is seeking a Production Supervisor to join the team that will direct the department to ensure production and quality standards are met. Key results in this role include but are not limited to controlling of costs, maintaining training records and performance evaluations, and maintaining of safety record for the department. The ideal candidate is an organized, analytical, problem-solver with the ability to prioritize and delegate tasks.

Responsibilities
- Oversees and ensures safety of team.
- Administers company policy.
- Supervises employees including training, coaching and mentoring employees, updating records, writing and presenting employee evaluations, assisting in hiring for team, setting goals and tracking progress of department.
- Responsible for continuous improvement and cost control of the group including scrap and rework improvements, controls cost of manufacturing process, prepares material and presents monthly meetings. Acts as a change agent.Â
- Other duties as assigned.
