You’ll be working both with the company and directly with the business owner, helping to support daily operations, administrative planning, and ongoing developments within various projects. It’s a supportive, collaborative setting for someone who enjoys responsibility and a role that evolves over time.

Job Description

This role supports the core operations of a growing sports-focused business. The ideal candidate is someone who naturally keeps things organized, thinks several steps ahead, and notices small details before they become larger issues. This is a task-driven position where accuracy, logic, and consistent follow-through matter more than clocking in set hours. As the business grows and the role develops, hours, responsibilities, and pay may increase.

Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

  • Managing email, messages, and general communication
  • Maintaining and updating digital files, spreadsheets, reports, and rosters
  • Assisting with schedule changes, session updates, and basic coordination
  • Preparing simple documents and forms
  • Helping with hiring tasks such as posting job listings and scheduling interviews
  • Attending occasional meetings (remote or local) and recording clear notes
  • Supporting the business owner with routine administrative tasks as they come up
  • This role suits someone who prefers structured work, stays organized naturally, and can anticipate what needs attention before it becomes urgent.

Additional Information

Availability: Must be reachable Monday–Friday between 8 AM–5 PM

Reports To: Business Owner / Entrepreneur
