As we continue to grow, we’re looking for motivated team members who thrive in a fast-paced, startup environment. We are hiring a Warehouse Parts Specialist to manage and support our appliance parts operations. This role is responsible for keeping the parts area organized, maintaining accurate inventory, forecasting and purchasing parts, coordinating with factories and suppliers, and assisting with basic appliance repairs. This position is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, technically inclined, and experienced in inventory or parts environments.

Responsibilities

  • Receive, inspect, test, and package replacement parts
  • Identify and process defective or incorrect parts for return
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and optimized parts area
  • Manage parts inventory and ensure accuracy at all times
  • Forecast parts needs and place purchase orders on time by managing large data sets on Excel/ Google sheets.
  • Coordinate with factories and suppliers to ensure on-time deliveries
  • Track inventory usage and maintain accurate records
  • Communicate with internal teams regarding parts availability
Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a parts, warehouse, or inventory environment
  • Strong inventory management and organizational skills
  • Advanced Excel skills (tracking, reporting, forecasting)
  • Typing speed of 50 WPM or higher
  • Experience working with factories or suppliers preferred
  • Mechanically or technically inclined; comfortable using tools
  • Detail-oriented, dependable, and proactive
  • Ability to lift up to 50 LBS
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Advanced computer skills (Excel, Google Sheets)
