Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) – Per Diem

Pay Range: $30–$34 per hour, depending on experience

Trellis Chino is looking for a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Vocational Nurse to join our AM shift team. If you’re passionate about providing high‑quality care and enjoy working in a supportive, resident‑focused environment, this is the place for you.

Must be available to work all shifts AM, PM and NOC

Must have experience.

• Provide nursing care according to resident care plans
