About the Role:
A well established HVAC company is looking for a skilled HVAC Technician/Installer to join our growing team in Beaver Falls, PA! This is a hands-on role where you'll make a real difference in the comfort and safety of our customers' homes and businesses. Responsibilities:
- Install, maintain, and repair residential and commercial HVAC systems including furnaces, air conditioners, and heat pumps
- Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and refrigerant issues in HVAC equipment
- Perform routine preventative maintenance and seasonal tune-ups on heating and cooling systems
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals to ensure proper system installation
- Ensure all work meets local codes, safety standards, and manufacturer specifications
- Communicate professionally with customers, explaining issues and recommended solutions clearly
- Maintain accurate service records, work orders, and parts inventory
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in HVAC installation, service, or repair
- EPA 608 Certification required
- Strong knowledge of heating, cooling, and ventilation systems
- Ability to read wiring diagrams and technical schematics
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in the field
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Willingness to participate in on-call rotation as needed
