Job DetailsJob Location: Chisholm, MN 55719Position Type: Full TimeSalary Range: $44,720.00 - $50,000.00 Salary/yearJob Shift: DayJob Category: Human ResourcesThe Human Resources Generalist will run the daily functions of the Human Resources (HR) department, including recruiting, interviewing, and hiring staff, administering pay, benefits, and leave, and enforcing company policies and procedures.QualificationsEducation: High School Diploma and/or equivalent required; 2-year associate’s degree preferred Qualifications: Union experience preferred Talent management experience preferred Successful Rule 11 status (criminal background check) Ability to lift weight unassisted (minimum 50 pounds) Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software Proficient with or ability to quickly learn the organizations HRIS and talent management systems Strong time management skills, with ability to work independently and proactively without close supervision Strong organizational skills, with ability to prioritize detailed work to meet deadlines Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality Ability to build strong partnerships and work closely with others Must be able to communicate effectively and have strong interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills
