Body Shop Technician

Job DetailsJob Location: Christiansburg, VA 24073Motor Mile Collision is looking for a skilled and dependable Auto Body Technician to join our growing collision repair team. Responsibilities: Repair damaged vehicle bodies to manufacturer and industry standards. Replace and repair panels, frames, and structural components. Perform dent removal, welding, grinding, and metal finishing. Prepare vehicles for paint by sanding, masking, and priming. Use measuring and alignment equipment to ensure accurate repairs. Work closely with estimators, painters, and other team members. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area. Follow all safety procedures and company quality standards. Qualifications: Previous experience as an Auto Body Technician preferred. Knowledge of collision repair techniques, tools, and equipment. Ability to read repair estimates and follow repair procedures. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. I-CAR and/or ASE certifications are a plus but not required. Must provide own tools required for the trade. Why Shelor Motor Mile?
