Job DetailsJob Location: Christiansburg, VA 24073Are you a GM/Chevrolet Certified Technician looking for a dealership that values your skills and rewards your performance? Salem Motor Mile is looking for experienced technicians to join our growing team to deliver quality repairs and exceptional customer service. Responsibilities Diagnose and repair Chevrolet and GM vehicles efficiently and accurately Perform warranty and customer-pay repairs to GM standards Complete multipoint inspections and document repair recommendations Maintain ASE and GM certification requirements Work closely with service advisors to provide excellent customer service Keep work area clean and follow all safety procedures Qualifications Current Chevrolet/GM Certified Technician status preferred ASE certifications are a plus Strong diagnostic and electrical troubleshooting skills Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Ability to work in a fast-paced dealership environment Positive attitude and strong work ethic What We Offer Competitive Pay Range: $75,000–$150,000 based on your experience, certifications, and productivity Paid GM factory training and certification updates Comprehensive benefits package, including health and wellness benefits, retirement savings, paid time off & holidays State-of-the-art equipment and diagnostic tools Clean, climate-controlled shop Consistent workflow with plenty of repair orders If you're ready to earn what you're worth and build your career with a dealership that invests in its technicians, we'd love to hear from you.
