Shelor Motor Mile has immediate openings for Customer Service Representatives in our Service department. Job Duties: Answer incoming service calls Route service calls Schedule and confirm service appointments Notify customers of campaigns Follow up with customers after their service appointment Job Requirements: Excellent listening, communication, and organizational skills Customer service and follow up experience Proficient computer skills High level of professionalism Hours are Monday thru Friday. Preference will be given to applicants with previous customer service, retail, or automotive service experience. Pay Range: $16 - $20 / hr. EEO
