What You'll Do

• Provide exceptional preventive and periodontal care.
• Perform prophylaxis, periodontal maintenance, scaling and root planing, fluoride treatments, radiographs, and periodontal charting.
• Educate patients and help them understand their oral and overall health.
• Partner with our doctors to provide comprehensive patient care.
• Maintain excellent clinical documentation, infection control, OSHA, and HIPAA standards.
• Build relationships that keep patients healthy and coming back.
• Be a teammate—jump in, communicate, contribute, and have some fun along the way.

What We're Looking For

• Current Virginia RDH license.
• Current CPR/BLS certification.
• Strong clinical and communication skills.
• Passion for periodontal health and patient education.
• Dependable, organized, and team-oriented.
• Comfortable with dental technology and practice management software.
• Most importantly: someone who genuinely cares about people.
