Internet Sales/Customer Service Representative

Shelor Motor Mile is seeking career minded individuals to join our sales team. Individuals in this position will support our retail sales team by working in our call center answering incoming sales calls as well as responding to internet inquires, text messages and chat requests to assist customers with automotive questions.

This position has a flexible work schedule, including evening and Saturday hours. Compensation is base salary plus bonus. EOE

Job Requirements:

• Excellent computer and data entry skills.

• Ability to communicate effectively by phone and email.

• Applicants must possess a valid driver’s license with good driving record

• A minimum of 3 years customer service and/or sales experience preferred.
