Position Summary |
The Plant Labor - Block II position is responsible for supporting daily production operations within the block manufacturing facility by ensuring proper equipment setup, material preparation, and product quality standards are consistently met. This role plays a critical part in maintaining efficient production runs by verifying correct mold placement, batch selection, moisture content, and finished product integrity. The position contributes directly to plant safety, environmental compliance, and the overall quality of concrete masonry unit output. The Plant Labor - Block II employee works under direct supervision and operates in a physically demanding outdoor and indoor production environment. |
