The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for customers, providing exceptional service while efficiently managing incoming calls and directing inquiries to the appropriate departments. Responsibilities: Answer and direct incoming phone calls in a courteous and professional manner Greet customers and assist with general inquiries Take accurate messages and relay information promptly Support administrative and clerical tasks as assigned Provide outstanding customer service at all times Qualifications: Excellent verbal communication and customer service skills Professional phone etiquette Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Basic computer skills and data entry experience Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Previous receptionist, call center, or customer service experience preferred but not required Starting Pay: $15.00/hour Full-time and part-time schedules available EEO Qualifications
