We want the BEST of the BEST to join our team of professionals, and in return you will get industry leading support, training, COMPENSATION, BENEFITS and much more!  Del Amo Motorsports Group is looking to hire a Receptionist at our Chula Vista location.  This is an hourly, full-time position with a pay rate of $19.00 an hour.  We offer full benefits including: Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, Paid Vacation, Sick Time, Paid Holidays, Matching 401K, Demo Days and Work Outings. Schedule is Tuesday to Saturday with Sunday’s and Monday’s off.   The following duties for the position listed shall include but are not limited to:   ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS Answers telephones and directs the caller to the appropriate associate. Will transfer a caller to an associates voice mailbox when the associate is unavailable. Greets and directs visitors to the company. Check in visitors with gear and issue a claim check for stored gear Takes and retrieves messages for various personnel. Provides callers with information such as company address, directions to the company location, company fax numbers, company website and other related information. Assists with other related clerical duties such as photocopying, faxing, filing and collating.   NON- ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS Provides general office support with a variety of clerical activities and related tasks. COMPETENCIES Flexibility. Communication Proficiency. Collaboration Skills. Customer/Client Focus. Technical Capacity   SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITY This position has no supervisory responsibilities. WORK ENVIRONMENT This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines. PHYSICAL DEMANDS This is largely a sedentary role; however, some filing is required. This would require the ability to lift files, open filing cabinets and bend or stand as necessary. QualificationsREQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE High school diploma. One year of administrative experience.   PREFERRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE Associates degree.
