Minimum Qualifications:

- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
- Demonstrated knowledge of sterile techniques and surgical instrumentation.
- Ability to work effectively in fast-paced, high-pressure environments such as operating rooms.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working as a Surgical Technician in a hospital or surgical center setting.
- Advanced certifications such as Certified Surgical First Assistant (CSFA).
