Maintenance Technician

We are seeking a dependable and skilled Maintenance Technician to join our property management team. The ideal candidate will be experienced in maintaining and repairing apartment community systems to ensure a safe, comfortable, and well-functioning living environment for all residents. 

What You’ll Do: 

• Perform routine and emergency maintenance requests promptly and professionally. 

• Handle general repairs, including plumbing, electrical, appliances, carpentry, and preventative maintenance. 

• Ensure all equipment, tools, and work areas are maintained in good condition. 

• Assist with unit inspections, turnovers, and maintaining curb appeal. 

• Participate in the on-call rotation for after-hours maintenance emergencies. 

• Follow all safety procedures and company standards. 

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous multifamily property maintenance experience preferred. 

• Knowledge of electrical, plumbing, appliance repair, and carpentry. 

• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. 

• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. 

• Reliable, hardworking, and customer service-oriented.
