Northern Nurseries, a division of The Robert Baker Companies, is a leading network of horticultural wholesale distribution centers dedicated to providing high-quality plants and hard goods to our customers. We are currently seeking a reliable and professional full-time Class B CDL Driver to join our team. This role offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment while being HOME EVERY NIGHT, with a schedule that may require early mornings and late afternoons.

Key Responsibilities:

- Safely operate a Class B commercial vehicle to deliver plants and hard goods to local customers

- Assist with loading and unloading trucks to ensure timely and accurate deliveries

- Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle to ensure safety and compliance

- Maintain accurate delivery documentation and communicate effectively with the dispatch team

- Adhere to all DOT regulations and company safety policies

- Provide excellent customer service during deliveries and pickups

Requirements

 Experience:

• Driving: 2 years (Required)
• Commercial driving: 2 years (Required)

Skills and Qualifications:

• Valid and clean Class B CDL license with current medical card
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds unassisted
• Physical stamina to work outdoors in various weather conditions
• Flexibility to start early and work late as needed
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to pass a DOT pre-employment drug test and background check
• At least 21 years of age
