As we continue to expand our hardscape and construction division, we are seeking a talented and motivated Hardscape Crew Lead to elevate our projects and inspire our team.


Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage a hardscape crew on residential and commercial projects, ensuring a culture of safety, quality, and accountability.
  • Operate and oversee the safe and efficient use of heavy equipment (excavators, skid steers, loaders, etc.).
  • Read, interpret, and execute site plans, layouts, and grade elevations with precision.
  • Ensure all installations meet or exceed ICPI and NCMA standards.
  • Mentor and train team members in advanced hardscape techniques and equipment operation.
  • Coordinate with project managers to deliver projects on time and within budget.

Requirements

  • Experience: Minimum 5 years in hardscape and construction, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
  • Certifications: ICPI Certification and NCMA Certification preferred.
  • Licensing: Valid driver’s license (CDL preferred).
  • Advanced knowledge of hardscape equipment and products, including operation, maintenance, and application across diverse projects.
  • Proficient in reading and executing detailed construction plans.
  • Expertise in heavy equipment operation, troubleshooting, and safety protocols.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills with a team-focused mindset.
