Paver Operator

Cedar Park Group is hiring an experienced Paver Operator for small commercial paving projects and residential driveways. The ideal candidate has hands-on asphalt paving experience and is comfortable operating paving equipment while working closely with a crew to ensure smooth, even surfaces. This role requires reliability, attention to safety, and the ability to work outdoors in varying conditions.

Schedule/Shift:
Monday – Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM

Position Overview:
The Paver Operator will operate asphalt paving equipment and assist the paving crew with site preparation, asphalt placement, and finishing work. This position plays a key role in ensuring quality paving results and maintaining a safe and efficient jobsite.

Requirements (Mandatory & Desired):

• Minimum 3 years of asphalt paving experience

• Experience operating Ingersoll Rand and CAT paving equipment

• Ability to assist with site preparation and asphalt placement

• Strong understanding of paving operations and surface leveling

• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions

• Clean driver’s license and reliable transportation

• OSHA 10 preferred

• Strong work ethic and ability to work as part of a crew

• Must be ready to start immediately

Responsibilities:

• Operate asphalt pavers and related paving equipment

• Assist with site preparation and setup

• Spread, level, and monitor asphalt placement

• Work with the paving crew to ensure smooth and even surfaces

• Follow all jobsite safety procedures and standards

• Perform basic equipment checks and report any issues

• Maintain a clean and organized work area

• Support the team to complete paving projects efficiently and on schedule
