Sonic Summary

The primary responsibility of this position is to assist patients in meeting their basic needs and to communicate their responses to treatment and changes in behavior or emotional state to the interdisciplinary team.
The role also involves aiding in the implementation of the treatment plan designed by the multidisciplinary team and providing support to other disciplines within the team.
Candidates must have a Practical Nursing Diploma, a valid license issued by the Nursing Board of Puerto Rico, and be an active member of the College of Nursing Professionals of Puerto Rico.
The position requires excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a salary retention bonus of $3,000.00.
Applicants should have at least one year of experience and be available to work rotating shifts, while also enjoying benefits such as a 401(k) savings plan, health insurance, and 18 vacation days.

Responsibilities

RESUMEN DE LA POSICION:

Su responsabilidad primaria es asistir al paciente a satisfacer las necesidades básicas y comunicar al equipo interdisciplinario la respuesta del paciente el tratamiento, cambios en conducta o estado emocional. A su vez, asiste en la implantación del plan de tratamiento al paciente diseñado por el equipo multidisciplinario. Ofrece apoyo a las otras disciplinas del equipo y es responsable del proceso de observación de conducta del paciente durante el tratamiento.

Qualifications

REQUISITOS DE LA POSICION:

Diploma en Enfermería Práctica
Licencia vigente expedida por la Junta Examinadora de Enfermería de Puerto Rico.
Miembro activo del Colegio de Profesionales de la Enfermería de Puerto Rico
Certificación de CPR vigente
Tener evidencia de vacunación de varicelas y Hepatitis B
Excelentes habilidades de comunicación verbal y escrita
Disponibilidad para trabajar turnos rotativos
